Listing Walk-Through
We'll schedule a date for a walkthrough of your property. After visiting your home, I will create a punch list of items & tasks that I believe your property can benefit from prior to listing. In addition to this, I am happy to provide vendor referrals to complete any potential repairs, painting, landscape cleanup, house cleaners, and more!
Step Three
Comparative Market Analysis
A comparative market analysis, also known as a CMA, will be conducted to research comparable properties in your immediate area. Factors such as the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, upgrades, etc. are used to determine a listing price range. My goal is to maximize your overall profit all while staying within reason of a fair market value and to avoid your house "sitting" without any offers. Strategic pricing and marketability is everything in this market!

Listing Prep
Once we've established a game plan, it's time to prep your home! I'll take the stress off your plate and get to work on coordinating with professional vendors for cleaning, landscaping, staging, and listing photos for an awe-worthy presentation of your home. First impressions matter! Plus, seeing my clients fall back in love with their home all over again is priceless.
Step Five
Listing Your Home
It's showtime! The listing date has arrived and it's time for your home to go live on the market. Your listing will get posted to the local multiple listing service (MLS) which automatically lists on other housing platforms such as Zillow and Redfin. I'll provide real-time updates on showing activity and any further interest from prospective buyers.

Once we have an offer (or more) in hand, we'll review them together and work on getting your home officially under contract. I'll walk you through every step of the transaction and will strive to make the selling process go as smoothly as possible.
